What is your return policy for luxury goods?
We offer a 15-day return policy for most items, provided the FASHIONPHILE security tag remains attached and the item is in its original condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide via insured express couriers. Please note that international customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.
How does the 'Reserve' luxury layaway program work?
Our Reserve program allows you to pay for an item over 60 days. You make a 25% down payment, and the remaining balance is paid in installments.
Can I sell my designer handbags and accessories to you?
Absolutely. You can submit photos online for a buyout quote, or visit one of our physical locations for an immediate valuation and payment.
What condition are the items in?
We sell pre-owned items ranging from 'Giftable' (new with tags) to 'Fair' condition. Detailed condition notes and high-resolution photos are provided for every listing.
