FASHIONPHILE offers a 15-day return window for most items, provided the security tag remains attached and the item is in its original condition. Items marked as Final Sale or sold at a significant discount may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your FASHIONPHILE account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to generate a return shipping label.

  Pack the Item

  Carefully place the item, along with all original accessories like dust bags or authenticity cards, into the original shipping box while ensuring the FASHIONPHILE security tag is intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid UPS shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location within the 15-day return window.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our luxury experts inspect the item and confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
